At Broek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
